Who is Ellie Everett?

Ellie is the fictional explorer and author of your monthly Wild Wonder Letters. She's an amalgam of several daring women of adventurous history, including Jane Goodall, Amelia Earhart, Harriet Adams, & Rachel Carson (all women who have made incredible contributions to the world!)

Ellie was created by bestselling author and zoologist, Jess Keating -- and all letters are written with the highest educational standards.

What age group are these letters for?

Wild Wonder Mail letters are written for all ages! Whether you’re reading aloud to younger explorers or engaging older learners, the content is adaptable for classrooms, families, & curious minds at any stage.

About 30% of our subscribers are adults who love nature, animals, and adventure, and the other 70% represent parents and educators who subscribe for the readers in their lives. (They are great for read alouds!)

All are welcome, and all letters are family-friendly, classroom-friendly, and easily included in learning settings.

What can I expect in each letter?

Every month, you'll receive a gorgeous, double-sided letter that details Ellie's exploration of a particular destination, as well as the unique nature, animals, and natural history found in each place.

Letters are grounded in science and real life places, and also include tidbits from history, geography, and biology. Through the letters, you or your child will explore a fun storyline filled with facts, wild places, and adventure.

How fast is shipping? Can I cancel anytime?

As fast we we can manage! All letters are processed and mailed around the middle of the month from Canada Post, so you can expect to receive it before the end of the month. (Give or take a few days for international shipping.)

(And yes, you can cancel anytime in your membership area and email us anytime if your letter happens to get lost for a free replacement!)
